Officers respond to bomb threats at Walgreens, Walmart

Police responded to two bomb threats at separate businesses Thursday night.

Bomb threats were called into Walgreen's at 26th and Sycamore at 5:10 p.m. and Walmart on S. Louise Avenue at 9:39 p.m., according to a police department news release.

Walgreens was evacuated for about 35 minutes, while Walmart was evacuated for less than an hour.

A search of the stores was conducted, and no devices were found.

Police are investigating.
